There are currently 85 genotype (clones) in the field including 7 local accession that have been collected in the late 90's around Sanma. Twenty (20) clones are classified as Criollo, 40 Trinitario and 41 Forasteros. Over 20 hybrids were also created and been evaluated for distribution to farmers.
In terms of maintenances of the CCSG, Willy Tabisap (left on picture below) is actually the field technician of cocoa/Coffee section. He's team up with other 4 technician (Colen August, Roy Bethel, Esta Rovo & Alvina Malres) to maintain over 10 ha of cocoa (also coffee) collection.
